​RWAC Developmental

Our developmental program is designed to open the door for athletes
whose skills and abilities range from beginner, intermediate or advanced

The 2026 Outdoor Developmental Season (ages 11+) will run from May 5th to August 6th. Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-7:45pm at the Gordie Howe Track & Field Facility (1727 Dudley St, Saskatoon, SK), with additional Sunday practices for U16+ athletes. Due to conflicting bookings with SSSAD in May, we will host many of our developmental practices on Mondays and Wednesdays instead, you'll also notice a few days highlighted in pink - TBD, those practice times are not 100% confirmed at the moment, but will be updated as soon as they are. The coaches for these practices are U of S and U of R athletes and alumni with a passion for coaching and competing. Practices are designed to meet the needs and abilities of all athletes 12 yrs and beyond.

If you can only commit to one day during the week contact us for fee reduction.

The Developmental Program provides quality coaching, instruction, and mentorship to support athletes in achieving their goals!

• Is open to athletes of all levels of ability and experience.
• We have an online trainer to support athletes in remote or rural areas. The trainer provides:

           ✓ Workouts and videos
           ✓ Personalized training log
           ✓ Access to positive role models and mentors

We are proud to provide our mentor coaches with rewarding professional development opportunities that support their personal and professional
endeavours on and off the track.
